Chisum

Laundry day today....and a good thing too- it was a shocker weather-wise. Incredibly hot and wow, the humidity. I went out for my walk at 9ish and it was already so muggy. The Aussies are wondering why summer is still hanging on so strong and looking forward to a drop in temperatures. I am rather thrilled that I am lazing about in shorts and a t-shirt and not driving around snow-covered streets.

I talked to my former investigator today and I am going to see her on Friday. That will be really good. She sounded excited to hear from me and that made me happy.

I read some more of the David McCollough book- it's the one Inj and I heard about when he came to speak at a Family History thing in SLC. Loving it so far.

Great food today- my yogurt (pictured below), pizza, salt and vinegar chippies, a passion fruit snack (see below), and fish and chips (also below).

The sky looked really cool on my walk, so I felt you would enjoy seeing that too.

I am so glad you are having a great time. I have been trying to figure out how you bring some of thos things home. like morning walks, sleeping through the night, having peace and joy every day, and any other things you care to enumerate. love you sweetheart.

Getting anything to eat on your trip?

Laundry day reminds me of the personal laundry being performed in Rio Bravo and El Dorado. (Two gentlemen who seemed to need baths.) Of course the two movies have very few similarities. BDS

Great pics Rae. Very glad you are liking the book. Maybe I could borrow it once you are done.? Hope the humidity calms down a little bit. Hope your meeting with your gator goes well.
For some reason today I was remembering when you got that random quote from 'So I married an Axe Murder', the other day. Still impressed that you got that one. Love you and miss you
