I have been participating in said collecting for several years now and have thus amassed a rather large collection. People who know me well give them to me for birthdays, Valentines, Christmas, etc., etc.. I buy them whenever I am out shopping and find one that is cute, I buy them when I am traveling, and I give them to my nieces and nephews for various events. I have several sets of twins, a couple of big pillow lions, a blanket, a wall-covering, one with a steel frame the kids can sit on, a corduroy one, a key chain, etc., etc., etc…. Why do I need them? Because it is fun collecting them, that’s why. Plus, the kids like to play with them when they come over. Good enough for me.

Wow! I don't remember your collection being quite this big. These are just a few of them? Looks like I need to see your place. Have us over when we're back home? We won't demand dinner or anything - just to see the ginormous amounts of stuffed lions:)
OF COURSE you must come for dinner. BTW - I found a "life-size" stuffed lion online yesterday. I feel I must have it. Hopefully, he will arrive by the time you come. :)
